ACT 148 VIDEO - AN EXPLANATION OF VERMONT'S UNIVERSAL RECYCLING LAWLocal State Representative Marty Feltus asked Riverside School students to craft a tool that would help educate the public about the reasons for and logistics of Vermont's new recycling law. Five students signed up to investigate the local infrastructure and execute this video.
