Municipal Building

The Lyndon Town Clerk's Office is located on the second floor of the Lyndon Municipal Office Building at 119 Park Avenue, Lyndonville. The phone number is 626-5785. The Cashier's Office can be found on the ground floor accessed via the side entrance to the building.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Some of the duties of the Town Clerk's Office include the following:

Recording Land Records

The fee to record land records is $10.00 per page. The fee to record a Mylar/survey is $15.00/page.

DMV Renewals

In order for our office to process your vehicle registration renewal, we must have the following:
  1. The preprinted form (only) that comes from DMV.
  2. The expiration date must be the current month or one of the two preceding months.
  3. The only changes to this preprinted renewal form can be the address and/or the vehicle color.
  4. A check or money order made payable to DMV in the amount of the registration only.
  5. Cash or check in the amount of $3.00 for handling fee per each registration renewal. Check to be made payable to the Town of Lyndon.
